Starting 7 Pickup Gamekit
The Starting 7 Gamekit includes everything that Huck + Monster Coaches need to roll their mini-team to Ultimate sideline tournament glory. Designed for versatility, our base kit can be combined with any other Huck + Monster game products to extend standard game play, and increase replayability.

Strategy Outcomes
{Please refer to the End-to-End Gameplay section "Equipment: Strategy Dice Roll" for a summary of how to use Strategy Dice during the Up Call.}
Each team has the option to add Strategy Dice to any player's action roll. Strategy dice must be used in addition to a team dice roll, and cannot be rolled independently of player action.
Defensive Outcomes: Dark Dice
• Monster: Rolling a "Monster" allows one defensive player to move during the Up Call. Move the defensive player of your choosing up to 5 spaces at the time of strategy roll.
• Poach: Rolling a "Poach" allows the defending player to immediately rethrow the the game disc if the action count results in a Turnover.
• Hot Bid: Rolling a "Hot Bid" gives the defensive team the option to reroll the team disc on that action.
• Beat: Rolling a "Beat" outcome means that the offensive player wins the matchup, continuing the offensive action. Defensive count is automatically set to zero, resulting in offensive action success.
• Footer: Rolling a "Footer" outcome results in a direct change to the offensive count. Divide the offensive action count by two.
• No Big: Rolling "No Big" results in guaranteed Mark success on Throws, or Catches. This strategy dice outcome cannot be used by other players.
Offensive Outcomes: Light Dice
• Huck: Rolling a "Huck" doubles the total Throw count, or the total Catch count. Huck does not apply to Continues.
• Break: Rolling a "Break" prevents any Mark from taking action. Marks cannot roll to defend Throws, or Catches. Break does not apply to Continues.
• Strip: Rolling a "Strip" gives the offensive team a choice to re-roll Team Dice results, or to select the first roll count. Strip does not apply to Continues.
• Layout: Marks and Challenges cannot roll to defend Catches. Layout must be rolled by a Receiver. Layout does not apply to Throws, or Continues.
• Hammer: Rolling a "Throw" means that the game disc may pass “over” one defender, while also preventing the defensive bid.
• Dump: Rolling a "Dump" means that the game disc must be Thrown in the opposite direction of the opponent’s end zone.
Durable Design
Huck + Monster Pickup fields are each printed on high-quality neoprene tabletop game mats, rather than standard cardboard playing "boards". This higher quality playing mat ensures each Huck + Monster field is waterproof, sink-washable, and sideline-ready.
Each Pickup Gamekit also includes one mini-instruction booklet, one Gameplay Field Manual, and one flexible, 5" x 12" backpack-sized pillow box for at-home game storage.
Field Specs
Each playing field is 16" Long, 10" Wide, and 1/16" Thick. Each field contains 19 x 8 Hex spaces; with 3 Hex deep end zones on either side of the field.
Playing mats are flexible, waterproof neoprene, covered in sink-washable, sideline-ready fabric.

Game Pieces
Gamekit includes 2 Velvet team bags for storing team pieces. Each team bag includes 8 Players, 1 Game Disc, 1 Strategy Dice, and 3 Team Dice.
Playing pieces are color-coded 16mm resin dice, 18mm game disc, and 20mm x 28mm injection molded plastic players.
Notice: Game pieces may present a choking hazard in children under the age of 14. Playing pieces are not food. Do not eat your team, or related game pieces.

Each Huck + Monster Gamekit includes two printed copies of the Official Gameplay Field Manual.
Designed for use with the Pickup Field Bag, The V1.2 Pickup Gameplay Guide is a slimmed down, easy to roll, four panel quick instruction guide for easy on-the-go printed reference.
The advanced V2.1 Gameplay Field Manual is a 20 Page Mini-Booklet that includes all core, and advanced gameplay instructions with play diagrams for regulation gameplay.

The COACH'S HUDDLE
